Stayed here upon arrival to Armenia and just before leaving. We arrived from the airport at around 5 am to the hotel and were greeted by the night guards who were very welcoming and helpful. We received all the necessary information, even a coffee and shown the best views of both Ararat and Aragats - still very grateful for their attention. The daily reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. The apartment was huge, comfortable, clean and with the view of magnificent Ararat. Kitchen was also fully equipped. The location of the hotel is quite a bit outside the city centre, so you'll need either a car or take a taxi which is not a problem as the prices are more than reasonable. Next to the hotel is the shopping centre with a big supermarket as well as catering options, that did come in handy. For the second stay, before leaving Armenia, we mixed up the dates and reserved the day earlier my mistake. Luckily, they had one room available and there was no problem to change the date from their side (thanks again!), they only warned us that it is a room of lesser category than we had the first time. But we really didn't see any downside at all once we got in and even liked this apartment more as is had completely separate bedroom. The staff were again very friendly and helpful. All in all, an excellent option for stay in Yerevan.

We spent 3 nights. It was a great stay, nice apartment very clean, “better than the pictures”, beautiful view over Mt. Ararat. Staff was very helpful and serviceable. Special mention for Laura and Pasha 5*****! Apartment was cleaned every day, towels changed. Short walking distance (100m) to Dalma Garden Mall, very convenient for shopping! Close to the Armenian Genocide Museum. Thanks again for the great hospitality.

If your looking for luxury at an affordable price then the ris dalma collection apartments are you only choice in Yerevan. From the moment we walked into the building we where greeted by the 24 hour reception team that where happy to help with all our questions at anytime of the day. These type of serviced apartments are blurring the line between hotels and self catering. As they offer the daily cleaning and turndown service of a hotel but the space and freedom of your own apartment. The Apartment once we stepped into the apartment we immediately felt the quality of the materials used in the apartment. That quality plus the well though layout and design would not be out of place in a 5* hotel. We had a one bedroom apartment but penthouses are available. It sleeps four people if needed as the sofa turns into a double bed. We where located on the 11 floor that provided us with some of her best views in the whole city. The kitchen this area has everything you need for the duration of your stay. All equipment is included and even the little extras like salt and oil are provided for you. Oven and microwave are there if you planning on some grand home cooking. Living Area in this beautifully designed area you find a vast open plan space with comfortable sofa, dinner table, smart tv with Netflix & international channels. And the best part of the apartment is the the vistas from the full panoramic windows that span the whole apartment giving you amazing views of the old city and surrounding area. We spent many a night stargazing on the window sill with a glass of wine. The bedroom double or twin beds are your choice on booking. It have a washing machine, iron, hair dryer and all the space you need for your clothing. The beds are super comfortable and for those morning when you don’t want to get out of bed you have another smart tv for lazy viewing. Location The apartment are located just outside of the main downtown area but still within walking distance it’s based in a super new apartment block that you can see for miles around. On the opposite side of the road you have a huge mall that has all the stores you would ever need and a market. As the apartments are located on top of a hill we had spectacular views of the city especially in the night time. I can honestly say that this is the highest quality apartment that I have ever stayed in while on holiday. I will definitely be coming back when I’m in Yerevan. A big thanks to the team for the kind service.

Аппартаменты удобные и красивые, чистые, очень просторные. Просторный балкон со столиком и креслами, вид на Арарат. Есть все необходимое для самостоятельного приготовления еды, хотя мы больше заказывали доставку. Персонал максимально дружелюбный, полностью всем довольны. Расположение не совсем в центре, но близко. Вход в большой торговый центр почти у подъезда.

Я останавливалась во многих отелях и апартаментах Еревана, но RIS DALMA - это тот случай, когда реально лучше, чем на картинке. Невероятно чисто, свежо, стильно, красиво, персонал очень вежливый, и чемоданы помогают отнести, и для машины место придержат на парковке, просто идеально! В апартаментах есть вся необходимая посуда (идеально чистая!), в холодильнике Вода, на кухне чай, кофе, сахар!!! ИДЕАЛЬНО! А ещё с каждого номера открывается прекрасный вид: я жила в номере с видом на гору Арарат и с видом на город, это два невероятно красивых вида! Расположение вообще идеальное: рядом торговый центр Dalma Mall, где есть и супермаркет и все нужные магазины.
